Last night I got accused of cheating on Xbox live because I won a game where there was a fair amount of lag. Of course it didn't help that the guy was 100,000 places up the rankings compared to me!! Made me laugh!
But it got me thinking about my broadband connection. I'm currently getting download speeds of between 3-4Mb and wondered if I needed to change my tariff to help the situation. I've seen that my supplier offers a 'gaming' traiff which is £5 more a month but want to know if these tariffs actually work and make a difference?? Or are there any simple ways in which I can speed up my online play with my existing setup??
