Bugs in PES5

i have the xbox version and have noticed a number of really annoying bugs.

1. I cannot set Formation A or B when i go into formation A/B in the strategy screen and set the formation i want i then press the B Button to go back twice but this completely clears the formation i have just set and it reverts to the old formation, so the only way to set a second formation is to set it in the main formation bit then go to the strategy screen and select copy to formation A/B. Has anyone else noticed this?

2. There is still too much lag in xbox live play, it makes the game unplayable. The other day i was playing on xbox live and suddenly got the message "disc damaged or dirty" and i had to take the disc out and i dont know what happened or why.

3 I have a goal replay where the ball goes straight through the body of the keeper.

4. The referees make some pathetic decisions.

5. It is too hard to score penalties in master league i have had 12 penalties but i have only scored 6 if the keeper doesn't save it the ball seems attracted to the post and the keeper nearly always saves it if he goes the right way.

1. Hasn't it always been like this?
It makes more sense to make modified formations based on the main one anyways.

2. Maybe your lens is a bit dirty? Maybe using a len-cleaner will help. Or just blow into the drive to get rid of dust.

3. Yep. I got one where a forward does a diving header and lands on the ground with his skull right inside the post

4. Part of the game. Adjust your game and don't hold the Press buttons too much. Use them at the right times.

5. Hit it low down the centre. Or hold one direction to "fake the CPU" and then change it to another and shoot. Or choose someone with a PK star ability to take them.
