im sorry if this is an already solved problem. i dont know if im the only one who encounter this problem. im new on this "importing kits" thing. but ive read several posts and i understand the way it works(with WE Pic. Decoder 1.40). my problem is the collar transparency for the england's away team(on PC Demo). i had no problem with the england's home kit.
i have set the green collor to be fully transparent(to the value of 128,..hope this is right
). but what i get as a result in the game is as below(a thin green line appears on the edge of the collar):
