Can I Add My Own Balls/Boots Into Jonboyo's Patch ?

GE

I was wondering after i download Jonboyo's Patch, could i add my own Balls/Boots onto the patch before i put it on disc ?

eg. If Jonboyo's patch has Red Total 90 Boots, could i take them out and add Blue ones instead ? If Jonboyo's patch has the White & Red Total 90 Ball, could i take them out and add the Yellow & Blue Premiership one instead ?

If i can, how do i do it ?

Thanks.

Yes you can. I'm no pro but I think you have to load the image onto graphic designer then all you do is find the file of the ball/boot that you want to replace, right click on it and choose 'import file over this one' then find the new ball/boot file and replace it, sounds simple huh ;)

What balls and boots are you planning to insert. I can tell how to do it but its easier if I know what files you have, which you are planning to overwrite and whether or not you have them saved as .bmp files or all ready to go in the .bin file.

It is no problem at all to modify a patch once applied. You cannot however change boots as you wish as you will need to make the entire so called 'boot pack' from scratch. There is a thread (http://forum.pesinsight.com/showthread.php?t=22644) that takes boot pack requests in this section, try that.

For inserting balls etc, try this great site: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/g.mercer1/

Good luck!
Thanks, ive got that site, and ive just noticed the Tutorial Link...LOL

EDIT: BTW, how many balls can i insert into a patched PES4 ?

You'll never go back.
Yeah!!!

BTW, If i use a DVD+R, can i keep adding & taking stuff off the patch, using the same disc, because + mean re-writable, dont it?

...also

Can i play WE on my PS2 (PAL) or does it have to be chipped (or Slide Tool & Magic Disc)

+ doesn't mean re-writable. W means re-Writable. A lot of people (myself included) have never got DVD+r's to work on PS2. It's better to use DVD-r and if you want to keep modifying your patched PES4 then yes, use a DVD-rw. I do this as I have all my games on the PS2 HDD, so everytime I change something I just burn the game again and put it on my HDD.

Your PS2 will need to be chipped or modded (Slide Tool & Magic Disc) to play both PES4 and WE games that are patched.

How does that PS2 hard drive work??

I guess you copy the image files of the game to the hard drive you have plugged in but is there some sort of boot disc for it? I am thinking of getting one?

Its HDD + HD Advance. Your PS2 will act as if it was a PC. You will be able to read games down using your PS2 lens and store it in you HDD.
