Can I patch the game without using the original CD?

I want to patch PES 6, but unfortunately I've lost my original PES 6 copy. I have the game on my desktop, can I patch it that way (preferably using DVD Decrypter)?

from my understanding you need an ISO image ripped from a disk.

Are you talking about for PC? or did you rip the disc for ps2 to your PC?

if its on PC then ( i have no idea) but i think kitserver could work.

yeah kitserver bootserver stadiumserver etc... and also you can use dkz studio or game graphic studio to edit your 0_text e_text 0_sound and e_sound for more things added to your game

How can I edit that stuff?

Can't I make an ISO file without the original CD?

EDIT: My PES6 file has only English language. Howe can I install other languages?
