okay my online stuff arrived today, i've connected all the stuff. when i connect it says yes i've connected and that, but then it tests the network enviroment and stays on that screen testing the enviroment settings, whats going on? it wont go off i've been waiting forever.

It may also be your network adaptor, a rare number of PS2s dont work with a network adapter. Here are a list of the serial numbers:

no its not that i can play the little hardware online game that came with the network adaptor. its just pes5 it stops at the testing connection environment thing. it wont go past that it just keeps testing and testing.

BTW thanks for the help you guys i appreciate it.

fuck man i have that router and that exact same problem, i can also play other games online on my ps2 and the connection works for sure, i just cannoy get pes5 to work.
