I started it and just messed around with it to see how it was and the tutorial, but it saved itself, with the team I just choose to look and lost the first match because I quit it there... and I don't know how to start again.

If we could restart it mate then I think it would solve everyone's problem with day one bonus etc.

Unfortunately I think the only thing you can do is reset your team.

well iv'e just been reading another forum www.forums.pesfan or something and people have actually been saying that if you had your toty player you can reset your team and believe it or not get your player again and this guy done it and got ronaldo ! don't know if it 100% works , dont know if i'd risk it to be honest.
