I found it odd that I couldn't.. wondering if I'm missing something.

Like if I want to send two players to a team for one... things like that.

Guess it's impossible, if you offer open trade you can only select one guy and then his value is considered to be part of the fee, as you know. There's nothing more to it, I'm afraid. This guy + money for another guy.
