Does anyone else like to start at a lower division team and build them up!
I was Torquay and got them int division 1 then i went to Southampton and kept them in the Premiership, and now i'm at Chelsea with bags of money to spend.
Also when you do it like that it feels better when u get to manage a big team, because it is as though u earned it.

Torquay aren't a partcularly "low" team. It can get a lot lower.

Argentinian Second Division. Polish Second Division. Italian Serie C2/C.

Those are the real challenges.
