Change number of qualifying teams for CL and EL in the leagues

Dear All

I want to ask You, is there any possibility to change the number of teams who qualify for the CL and EL ?
For eg.: reduce the qualifying places for 1 to 5 (for eg. just first 2 qualify for CL and from 3rd to 5th for EL).
Is there any editor for this or do You know the file which contains these datas?
