Changing leagues in Master League

Is there a way to switch the league your ML team plays in without restarting the master League and starting from scratch?

When I set up my master league I made 1 league that was stocked with all A and S level teams - the rest are good too, but this is the one I wanted to play in to keep the challenge up. When my team got promoted up from division 2 it was put in one of the other divisions. I want the challenge of a schedule of Man U, Barca, Real, Bayern, Milan(s), Chelsea etc. but would hate to lose the nice little squad I'm assembling.

Sorry, no can do. At least it means that there is a notable difference between the challenges of D1 League and Cup, and the Champions League.
