Has anyone got or know where i can get a cheat which allows you to improve your players attributs
eg.developing your reborn players into lethal players really quick?

There aren't any cheats for Pro Evo.

Just play the players regularly, give them a lot of the ball and if you want to improve shooting (for example) take a lot of shots.

As redblooded said, there are no cheats, but I can give you tips.

Try to play the players every game they can, try to buy players with a good condition rating and favour them playing in the league to cup and europe games.

Finally you may prefer to buy players that peak early as their ratings go up faster. Obviously you won't know this until you've bought them but that's the only advice i can give.

IT's simple man...Start another master league and choose create original team...make the team quickly and choose the players u want to know if they are gonna turn out to be good...Then when the season begins u will go to development sheet and check them out...then return to your original master league and buy the best... ;-)
