Notice that during corners and freekicks, by pressing the circle button, the player can only perform headers at goal. The same can be said when your winger crosses the ball from the flank by pressing the circle button once.

Can anyone confirm whether any more tricks can be performed based on a cross where the circle button is depressed only once.

Sounds interesting, I'll give it a try.

Pressing X for a header at goal from a corner or a cross can deceive the keeper sometimes too.
