CL and UEL on PC

I've heard worrying rumours that the Champions League and Uefa Europa League aren't in the PC version/aren't integrated into ML etc.; I can't see why this would be so, since licenses normally go across the board in terms of platforms. Can anyone confirm whether this is true or false, ideally with a link to a trusted source website please? And also, could anyone do the same for whether or not there is some sort of German league in the game (I'm not fussed as to whether or not it's licensed), or just a few German clubs, or none at all? Thanks.

^Not necessarily. I mean I do not think something about german clubs has been officially released.

NO the CL and EL are not in the pc version it has been confirmed by konami

There is no specific German league however both Champions League and Europa League (for Wii, PS3 and 360) are licensed this year and should account for a few German teams being in the final game.

It'd be mighty weird if Konami had the licenses and just decided not to use them for PC, so if I'm honest I'm still expecting CL and UEL on the PC game - I'll be very disappointed if they're not in there. It would just be another example of PC gamers getting a raw deal compared to the consoles - and since EA can't come up with a half-decent PC FIFA instalment to save their lives, football gaming as a whole on the PC would suffer. Still, hopefully no such eventuality will come to pass. I have to say, I'd like a bit more unequivocal confirmation/denial of rumours when it comes to Konami's press releases, they often seem to leave it to Chinese whispers in the online community rather than clarifying things themselves.

not always the design etc starts on pc e.g. kit design, face recognition... but testing game play and incoperating gameplay will have emulators on servers that run xbox and ps3 software.... but on the other hand konami could be lazy

They said the same about animated ad boards in PES2009 and those were in the PC version. The games is built on the PC and ported over, why program it in then remove it?
