Classic Player Pack

I found this thread with a link to a pdf that has all the classic player names.

Only problem is this pdf has player packs 1-5 with about 20 odd players per pack. But in the PES shop is has player packs 1-40 and only contain 4 players.

Does anyone know where I can a find list of what players are in each pack 1-40 along with their real names?

The thing is that ALL of the classic players are split into 5 groups, I'm not sure why and from what I know there is no page that says which players are in which pack because they are after all, random..
