Simo6787 optionfile, it's great and has the classic teams unlocked if you use his system data which I did.
I have edited the Classic teams to change a few players to make the teams better using the stats from pervious versions to re-include the likes of Moore, Fontaine, Muller and to include other players like Rivaldo, Cafu and Roberto Carlos using their Stats from PES 3 and 4 when they were great.
I have made these changes:

Banks instead of Martyn

J.Charlton --- Wise

CLASSIC BRAZIL

Rivelino ----- Sampaio
CLASSIC FRANCE
Thuram ---- Candela
Tiigana ---- Boghossain
Fontaine --- Guivarc'h
