Xbox 360 League:
We will be hosting an Xbox 360 Club League shortly after PES 2009 is released. Here are the details:
We are aiming to have a Premier League and a 1st Division with promotion relegation system - these seasons will be ongoing throughout the next year.
Initially the mods here at PES2009Leagues.com will determine how good players are and therefore what league they will start in based on their own experiences and through friendly results with other players on the site. A Friendly forum will be added later allowing you to post your friendly results for us mods to view and take note of. We will keep a history and rankings page for friendlies alone on http://www.totalproevo.com and will set up the leagues based on these rankings. More on this to follow nearer the launch date.
Once the leagues have been decided users will be able to pick their teams, the order in which users will decide who they will play as will be drawn from a hat and we will start with the lower league - players are free to choose any team they wish however there cannot be more than two users playing as the same team.
Therefore the lower league will be made up of better teams and players with lesser ability. This is just to keep things fair and interesting for everyone involved.
There will be a cup tournament across both leagues giving the ability for division 1 teams to play against the premier league for bragging rights!
A forum will be set up with the fixture list - there will be two games per week and they must be arranged between the players. Points will be docked for players that dont make an effort to arrange games.
You must post the result of the game in the specific forum and the goalscorers within 24 hours of playing the game, both players involved must post to confirm that the result is legit and at this point has the right to complain about lag or foul play etc. If a player is found to constantly get negative feedback after games i.e. if players constantly complain about a certain members lag then it will be deemed the player is unsporting and be thrown out of the competition.
To qualify for entry to the leagues you must be a registered member of the site and you must be active, we have seen it time and time again where users sign up for the league but are never seen again. We will only be accepting applicants that have proven to us that they are serious about this and are active on the site. So please get posting and get known around the forums - please get involved it makes a bit difference to everyone concerned
