when i try to install the drivers for my 360 memory card all i get is a message saying "usb mass storage device", "this device cannot start.(code 10)

i have searced for ages to try and find a solution to this, at 1st i thought it was the memory card but i have bought a new one today and im getting the same thing so it cant be that and im trying to install the drivers manually myself in the device manager using a tutorial i found.

if anyone has some tips on how to fix the code 10 error it would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.
