Combining Option Files

Is there anyway of only updating part of my Option File?

For example, I've done a lot of editing of kits and players etc. myself but wish to update certain things from another OF like promoted/relegated teams. I really wanna keep the stuff I've done and pick what I want to import from the downloaded OF.

Is this possible with Kit Server or PESEditor etc.?
