Computer Tackles etc..

Does anybody know how to stop computer tackles? sometimes the cursor will switch to another player and the player the cursor was on before does a sliding challenge or a tackle and sometimes resorts into conceeding a penalty! I have try putting the cursor settings on to fully manual and dosent seem to work.

Any ideas?

I play on semi-auto (which is manual from other pes games) and it only happens to me when I switch too often with 2 or more players near the attacker. The idea is to 1st spread your players then switch. So if you're the furthest defender from attacker, go run after a player without the ball or just block a passing lane, then switch and take control of the one near dribbler and all should be well. I rarely give penalties this way and when I do I don't mind at all since it's all part of football. I also went like over 100 matches without getting red card (and I slide a lot!) until I recently did the exact opposite of what I explained to you so hopefully this will help you.
