So many times recently, I've been half way through a match to be prompted with 'Establishing connection' and I've started to get the warning of being downgraded to 'C'.

I have never, ever quit a match on purpose and it's so annoying i'm getting threatened with being put with all the quitters.

Is this a common problem or could it be my internet?

Konami always seem to be doing work on the online side of the game, it irritates the hell out of me. I'm not a mad gamer, I just like a couple of games now and then but it's doing my head in!!

If it's happening that commonly then either you're having connection problems or you live so far away from other players that the connection is unstable.

If you live in Europe then it shouldn't be the second issue.

With your connection it could be many things.

If you are playing on a console then it could be that your NAT type is strict or moderate - to change this either forward your ports or more simply place your console in a DMZ (this does open your PS3 up to other users though, but is the common way people change their NAT type to open)

It could be that your Wireless signal is being knocked off by other wireless devices.

My ps3 broadcasts/recieves on wireless channel 6 so I changed my router to broadcast primarily on wireless channel 6. A much more effective way is to have a wired connection.

You could also have low internet speeds or ping (packets of data that are lost) If you have high ping then you will struggle to game online - go to speedtest.net and check the results. Ping of <30 is ideal for online gaming, ping of <80 will enable you to game happily (mine is at around 60) and a download of 3mbps > and an upload of 1mbps >
is all you need to game online easily. Obviously the faster and cleaner the connection the better the experience.

If your speeds are low then it could be your service provider or your phone lines or many other factors.

It's abit of a minefield tbh but with trial and error you should be able to deduce what the problem is.

download =18 mb , upload =1 , ping around 40
on Competition or Mlo , i barely moved the player and the respond is shit , for every 10 games i face this problem 8 times , only ranking or free matches its fine , today i playe against 900 rating (bavariafc) i just made one goal 1-0 on second half after that everythings running as a shit i lose 1-4 ,don't defend the company , pes not for online its made for offline .
i was fool when bought it after pes 12 .

fuck u konami i want my money back to buy fifa 13 , get lost konami .

under <300? Try play call of duty with 250 ping, it sucks big time lol :) not sure about ping of 250 on pes though, I didn't play pes when I had that internet.,

My ping ranges between 60 and 120 and they are both fine, but I can tell the difference.

I'm not sure Hi, if you have a rating of C then you are either rage quitting or your connection is cutting out somewhere along the lines. (not trying to dig there, but if you don't leave matches you don't get a negative rating)

Are you on PS3? I played a bavaria team last night in the 900's on MLO

I find pes online a smooth experience and my speeds are lower than average. 9/10 matches don't lag.
