Is there an email adress available for users to send Konami their FAQ's? there doesnt seem to be anything available on the internet to help me and the only Konami adress I can get is their office.

How about someone stolen the code and password and then he(she) changed our password?where can we contact konami for this problem?any way it's not big deal problem because just went to the shop and change the new copy there get new codes but the old codes that was stolen should be ban!?any idee where can contact to konami then?

Konami would be inundated with plea's for them to do this, that and the other if they gave out their e-mail addresses. They will never answer to individual's. Get used to it!

well that what i think so...lucky that guy got a free games to play online..and the one who get stolen didn't loss anything cos he got new one from the shop...what the point then!better shut up!? :s
