Hi guys,

i know this is probably not really a new question but:

is there really no way to copy all the files you have in your PS3/SAVEDATA folder on the usb stick to your PS3 HDD with one click only?

i mean, wouldnt it be possible to take the HDD out of the PS3 and install it in your notebook and copy the files from the usb stick using the notebook then?

or is there a special PS3 file format on the HDD?

It's probably possible so long as everything is in line...you have a SATA HDD on the PS3. I have a caddy here that allows me to transfer files through the USB. You can get one on Ebay

what is a "caddy" and are you able to transfer multiple savegame data files at a time with it?

A caddy is a portable case for your HDD, no bigger than your HDD. It has nothing to do with golf as far as I know, unless you attach wheels to it and lend it to a mouse as a cart. It works over the USB so the speed of transfer depends on your computer. Think of it like an external hard drive case, you have to put the actual hard drive disk into the case.
