Creating logos, help needed

Yes I am a n00b. I am able to create team emblems and logos that only contain one colour but I dont know how to make them with multiple colours. Say I have done a logo and created all the red pixels. I want to then add blue pixels so i go to change colour to blue but then the pixels that i have alread drawn all change blue.

Please help or i will explode

if you're talking about Winning Eleven 10 then you cant change colour..sorry mate. unless you download Dragonskins Option File

Well, PES5 yes. Ok. That option file wont work on the 360 will it?
