CRT / TFT monitor :/

Hey.

I have a problem with my Pro2009.

When i got Pro i had a TFT monitor - and the game really run good and smoothly - but now i sold my TFT monitor - to use my CRT monitor - the game really run bad. :/

Its a good CRT monitor - runs 100 hertz and so .. But i really cant understand why the game runs this bad with this monitor? The diffrent is HUGE.

Anyone know a solution to solve this problem?

What is a TFT monitor? Are you on PS2 or PS3 / 360?

Maybe you changed the resolution you're running PES on?

Im playing the game on computer! (TFT = flatscreen) =)

I havent changed any resolutions

Maybe you need to lower the resolution? Depending on the size of your monitor, you'll be limited to particular resolutions.

How are other games playing, which resolution are you using and what size is the monitor?

Well tbh, i wouldnt have sold the TFT to buy a CRT ..

Try turning quality to medium if u have them on high or low if u have them on medium already.

When i had my Sh*tty PC and i tried to run Call of duty on high , It ran terrerable. Put it to medium and it was all good.

Does your PC look ok on the CRT?.. like desktiop and browisng th web and watching youtube and stuff? Is it just PES that is having issues?

Not sure why you would prefer a CRT. An LCD with good colours and a response time (grey to grey) of less than 8ms which is pretty much all of them these days is great and supposedly better for long-term viewing.

True, I assumed his decision was a financial one .. like sell my LCD and dig up my old CRT from the basement type of thing... intentionally going from LCD to CRT is a questionable move.

PES 2009 only runs at 60HZ or double multiples of that.

So when playing PES, you should either run your monitor at 60Hz or 120Hz.

Anything other than this and you will get a horrible dragging effect.

My computer specs is good. I can run Farcry2, Cod5, grid in highest settings possible. With no problem!

(Quad core Q600, 2*8800gts 512, and so)

All other games runs perfect, exept pro

Settings in PRO:

1280*1024.(the settings 4:3)

Quality high.

Use frame skipping

no realy, you have an awesome screen there must be some thing wrong with the CD... (dont listen to me i knbow nothing in screen specs and stuff)...

Turn it down - 1024x768, medium quality and just see if you get any improvement at all. Obviously it wouldn't make complete sense given the specifications you've provided which are more than adequate but hey, its Konami and their poor coding we're dealing with here.

I'm running at a higher resolution than you are on a system that's a little slower than yours.

My guess is it's because of your SLI setup. I hear dual cards still aren't getting a lot of support.

PES ONLY RUNS AT 60HZ. YOUR MONITOR IS RUNNING OUTWITH THIS HZ. KONAMI IS TOO LAZY TO EVEN CODE PES 2009 TO AUTO-SWITCH THE MONITOR TO 60HZ WHEN THE GAME BOOTS. YOU WILL HAVE TO DO THIS YOURSELF.
