Does anyone have a list of all the teams which have Vodacom Park as their default stadium in PES5?

I want to change all of these teams home stadium to something else so I don't have to play on it when I play my Master League. Its just so annoying, I find it hard to concentrate on that pitch.

The only tip I got (not a much of a tip actually), is to go on edit mode selecting each team and see what stadium they got, and then modify it...

I realised its not half as long as I thought it would be and decided to do it myself. Here is the list of teams that have Vodacom Park as their default home stadium, for anyone who needs it:
