If its the PC version.

Put PES2008 in the disk drive.
Go to My Computer.
Then where it says DVD RW Drive E: what for the name along the lines of PES2008 DVD or something to appear.
Right click and click on ExploreFind the file you deleted and then copy and paste.

Hope it works.
