Damn Max Drive...

Right then: EVERY option file for PES4 that I've tried on my MAX Drive has failed to load.


That means I need to do everything by hand, kits, badges, names, transfers. The whole damn lot.


While I did this for PES3 and, well, enjoyed it, starting off kinda sucked cos I didn't know what I was doing.

And its the same here.

Where can I find what I need know or where will something be if I have to wait for it, as in, will these boards hold the answers.

Anyway, any help is greatly apprieciated and thanks in advance. Hope you can help.

Once you figure out how to use a max drive you should be fine. Are you uncompressing the downloaded option files?

yeah have you uncrushed them or whatever it says? i made that mistake the first few times

I've uncrushed them and the Memory Card says its an X-Port option file but the PES4 disc says theres nothing on there.

I'm going to keep trying and look for some more but I'll still need a backup plan...

Holy smokes! I found another option file and it works!

ive jst got my max drive, and im stuck already. when i trying dragging the option file from my docments to the max drive, it says " cannot copy file, the disk is write protected. remove write protection or use ontohter disk." please help. thanks.

It sounds like you need to uncrush the X-port file, using the PS2 disc. This'll convert the file into a PES file which'll be read by your PS2 when you load the game up.

See the little slide thing on the side of the Max Drive...Yep...you got it. Slide that to the unlocked side.

Ive uncrushed my optionfile etc. and its a good one at that, but it seems i now have no space left on my memory card! Any help?
