You've all seen threads were people post their super team from their ML game, and they all look pretty much alike (Pele and Maradona upfront, Ronaldo on the bench etc...)
Anyway, here is my starting line-up for the beginning of my 2nd season in ML on 5*.
I finished the 1st season in third, so i missed the play-offs, and i managed to get knocked out in the first round of the cup, so i finished the season with basically no 'money', and i hadn't bought/sold any players.
So, i had a busy old time buying out-of-contract players and selling/trading any players i recieved offers for in order to buy cheapo specials.
and here is the team i started the 2nd season with...

and with this team, i went on to win the league and cup and get promoted, and then spent all my money on Wayne Rooney (after he recieved some well earned upgrades after his Euro 2004 performances).


So, anybody else have a 'super cheapo special' team, then post it here...

Yoo Sang-Chul is THE best buy in the game, he's dirt cheap, and he's awsome in almost every position.

Foxe was my best buy for a defender....great on the passing and interception. I'd say Nakata was very good starting up too as a MF! For striker....I got Baros early on and he was pretty good (even before Euro 2004 as golden boot) for me!!
