I play top player in BAL, but after my first season with Villa, it's becoming so frustrating how useless the A.I is most of the time. I read on other forums that its because your team is on proffesional (stupid), and i can see that, whereas its obvious to see the A.I is top player. Anyway, i've also read that both the opposition A.I on proffesional, are proffesional, along with your own team. However I don't really want to go down a level, but might have too in order to enjoy BAL a bit more. What levels are everyone on, and whats the best solution for this?cheers

Not sure I follow...

a) what bothers you about the AI specifically?

b.) Where did you read that when you are on Top player your team mates are on professional? I'm not convinced that's true, but if it is, then there's probably nothing you can do except play on professional.

Canadien- Have you not noticed it mate. I have played quite a few BAL's on top player.(stopped many wanting to start again and change position) Every time, the A.I for the team i play for is seriously sub-par and worse than the opposition. I played for Bolton and Elmander could score, he was quality, but at Villa at the moment i play CM, and agbonlahor, young, carew are all useless. There quality players in real life. Elmander seems to be the exception.

I read a few things on another forum about this proffesional thing.

what level do you play on, and how do you find it?

Top player, 21 years old, WF at Newcastle. I agree about the players on your team being less impressive than they should be at times. It's as if I am expected to lift the entire team on my back and carry them to the Champions league final victory myself. I think that's just the way it is. I have noticed that when I was a worse player and not contributing a lot of goals (not that I am much better now) that my team would be last in the league in goals for by a big margin. LIke I say, it's as if Konami wants you to do it all yourself.

I agree. I just wish they could at least make your team slightly better than they are on top player. ohh well, as others have said, next years BAL should be better. Still a good mode though, just a few too many flaws.
