Division II to Division I question

I recently unlocked the Masters League editing tool and I created the English League, Serie A, Spanish League, and what I'm entitled the "Rest of World" league. The only problem is that I want to play in the English league and I've created the Division II with various teams from various leagues. Where do the Division II teams get promoted is my question? Will they always get promoted to the league I select (in this case my English League) or can I pick for them to get promoted and relegated to any of the four leagues? How do I do that? Please respond, thanks.

Is there anyway of checking out the D1 rankings table or did they take that option right out of this edition?

i think that its shit that you can only have 2 Divisions to play in....they need this sorted out for the next Pro in my opinion..
