Do I just suck or is scoring on WE7 damn hard?

I usually find it quite difficult to score. I mean I've beaten the computer once 4-0 and my friends 2-1 but my usual score is 1-0 to the comp, 0-0 or 1-0 to me.

This is on 3 stars as well. I mean if that was PES2 I'd be winnijg about 7-0 every game. Maybe that's my problem, I'm playing WE7 like I would PES2, maybe I should adjust styles.

I think you have to get used to the new gameplay. I alway play on 4 stars, as I did on WE6FE, and of course I often have 1-0 or 1-1 but if I play with a good team against a weak or average one I win always about 5-0, 6-0. I´m playing 15 mins.

It is harder to score in WE7. Shots we expect to at least challenge the keeper sometimes go awfully wide for no reason.

I had to play on 4* for a short time to get used to the game and am back on 5*. Matches aren't high-scoring yet though.

Yeah I play 15 minutes now on WE7 as you need more time to try and carve a way through the opposition defence.

I'm now doing OK on 5* on 10 min matches. Earlier I beat Holland 3-0 with England in the world cup QF.

Been getting a few deflected goals lately. If you have a chance, shoot and either you will get the rebound to knock in or there could be an own-goal.

It's harder to score as the CPU just fill the penalty area with as many players as possible. if you shoot, chances are it will get blocked. If you try and dribble through them you will get tackled straight away. I'm enjoying the challenge though. makes a change from all those 4 - 0 matches on we6fe.

i haven't played we7 and i am gonna wait and get pes3. It sounds better though because it is harder.

yup i agree fifa sucks with goood graphics we7/pes3 r going to be the best but pes2 is getting anoyin now tooooooo easy im kinda glad that there gonna keep flooding the box lol

Try using the Opposite Side Attack strategy ( about halfway down - same position as in PES2/WE6:FE) and do a Beckham-style long pass to either wing where the wingers should be wide and in space and look for a crossing opportunity. Might help.
