Well, I don't need to ask now, as I just have in the title.
The thing that got me asking this one is because, PC Online play, I get the odd bit of lag/slowdown. It's to be expected more than anything. But I got playing some dude the other night, can't remember his handle, but started fine, worked a treat, right up until kick off when the game stuttered constantly. What was happening from my POV was the game was stop, start, stop, start the whole of the first half. The add bonus of the game flowing smoothly didn't happen, because when it stopped, it went like a whippet to catch up, then stopped again, then like a whippet etc. Also, even when I knew I had the ball i pushed button after button, nothing at all! Response time was like 4 seconds from me pressing to the player doing something.
I said to the dude at half time if he was downloading, stop it. Either that or you hax. Second half was perfect, but by this point I was 2-0 down and all the fucker did was defend! So I got to wonder, did he hax to get the goal advantage in the first half? You would think that if you were going to play the game, stop your downloads first!
I have seen the message on the login bit where it says people are using unfair tactics to win matches. Would making your net connection laggy be considered hax? I mean if it works fine at his end, but the dude connected is having problems I say a big fat YES!
