I'm wondering. When I'm editing rosters in WE8/PES4 by editing names and trading players to their current teams, do their numbers stay the same? For example, if I move Robbie Savage to Blackburn, will there be two numbers 8's (him and Tugay) or will his number be autimatically changed so that there's only one number 8 per squad?

I'm certain that they will change the number to the next available one. So that if you move a number 8 to a team that has a number 8 but no number 17, for example, then the new player will be assigned the number 17. :)
