Dynamo Kiev 1998/1999 Strategy

Hello all

I just saw the game between Dynamo Kiev - Real Madrid from the 1998/1999 Champions League. Dynamo won 2-0.

Valeri Lobanovsky was surely a great strategist! First match ended 1-1 in Madrid - so Dynamo advanced 3-1...

I was thinking maybe someone could help me, come close to Lobanovsky's strategy in PES5.
Dynamo Kiev at that time was all about very quick and direct passes, in some very effective counter attacks!

They mostly have less ball possesion than their opponent. But they were killers on counters.

Maybe you can help me get closer, or maybe put up an actual strategy!

I think Shevchenko had a lot to do with it too. Search for the "advanced formations" thread.. that might help you

Yea they were a quality outfit back then, predominantly due to the excellence of Sheva. Rebrov was a bit of a beast then aswell before he went shit and went to Spurs.
