Edit problems with flags and banners........

Can somebody explain to me how to edit new flags and banners into the files flag160.flg and flag4030.flg?

I tryed to change some flags with the editor tool Graphic Studio but if I choose for changing I got a message that the whole flag will be completely changed into transparantly. If I say Ok all the flags of the file flag4030.flg will changed in a transparant color.

Can somebody explain me what I did wrong?

I use adobe photoshop and graphic studio. The image file of my new flags are 68x48 8 bit 256 color.

On the right screen of graphic studio there are some parameters about the opacity of your picture. You can either choose all the flag to be opaque,transparent or choose individual pixels. Experiment with these parameters

ok my problem is this..i made this flags for my custom team..made in photoshop..dimensions 128x128 in 16 bit..it looks like this

and when i try to put it in game i use ggs and had to reduce it to 8 bit and then this happens..

what did i do wrong??
