Editing Classic Players

I've had a thought, not been able to check it on PES 11 yet.

You can unlock the classic players but, how far can you go with editing them?

My trail of thought is this - I know you can edit the names etc... but are you able to do a base copy of another player over the classic player?

So for example - I unlock Bobby Charlton but I then base copy a player from a team in the Copa America Cup thing over him. That would then mean you could unlock a load of classics, base copy a load of players who don't appear in the ML and then you've got a load more players to choose from in the transfer market.

Like I said, dunno if this works, probably not, but was just curious.

It works in PES2012 also but why erase the classic players?...what i do is create a new player and base copy from the Copa Libertadores player that dont appear in ML like Roberto Carlos, Ronaldo, or Neymar

Why would you want a bunch of classic players? Why would anyone want a pumpkin on their head? Why would anyone want a polkadotted stadium?

There are so many things that is completely off the track with Konami, luckily they offer edit mode so we can simply remove or change the parts we don't like.
