Sorry for my broken englisch but i hope you can understand me.
I canchange in the Edit menu, the rules for the leagues and cups, the rules, how many cards a player can become before he is locked and whether goal difference, direct comparison of counts and so on.
How can I change this option for the offline Commuity Leagues / Cups? with a tool? or simply in the game?
