Editing programs for PES5?

I have got an early copy of WE9 - I will buy PES5 when it gets out. So far I've tried to study the 0_text.afs file in the new game. All the names are some complete bullshit - totally unreadable (You might already know) - PES5 shouldn't be an exception.

But anyway will programs like Graphic Studio, AFS Explorer, and other programs to edit the afs-files with, get updated so we can edit like in PES4???? Any clue???
