Editing youth players in master league

Hello, does anybody know if it's possible to edit the players that appear in the youth team, or even the players in the default second division league in Master League? I mean, let's say i' m in my 6th season in ML and a very promising talent appears in my youth team and I promote him. I just want to edit his name (some have really weird ones) and other aspects e.g boots (all of them wear these awful konami black leather standards) just for aesthetic purposes. Strange thing is I've been able to edit some of them while others are nowhere to be found.
