That is crap
It's the same as last year with the Champions League... you KNOW it'll be stand-alone in PES2011. 
It's like Konami can't make good decisions on their own. I'd guess 85% of this years improvements are because the community have voiced they'd like it in the game. They can't take it on their own backs to do something spontaneous. Fair enough if it fails (and most likely would), but it's like they've lost all confidence in their creativity in the jump between the gens of consoles. They're jaded. Get the fans in there working alongside the developers and they'd have a lot better game - if not get rid of the 'yes' men/developers and get ones in that'll give Seabass a kick in the right direction.
