as far as I know (I could be wrong) you can replace the fake (fictional) stadiums (there are 8 of them) using kitserver 8.1. It is not a difficult process. You just make a cv09.img on the img folder in kitserver I believe and you can get the stadiums from this link

and when you download a stadium file just extract and put all those files into the cv09.img folder.
