FaceScan needed

Hey guys, I'm kinda wondering if I can request the FaceScan for Tim Wiese. I've been searching for it but no luck, though I did found a face presets for him (pretty sure it's for PES 2009) and even if it's for 2010, I don't quite understand the formula with "C/H/A" something. So I hope you guys can help
