I'm completely unfamiliar with PES and have never played it. What I have picked up though is that it doesn't have the same licensing as FIFA... what does this mean? Players names are replaced with made up names? Are some teams actual names or jerseys not in the game? Are all the English, Spanish, and Italian league teams in the game?

How is the manager mode? I like to take scrub teams and build them up over the course of several seasons. I want to manage salaries, transfers, free agents, coaching staff etc. FIFA 2010 on the Wii has apparently dumped the MM down so much a 3 year old could do it. To top it off MM games are only 2 minute halves. FIFA 2010 gameplay looks fun, but they've dropped the ball on MM on the Wii, and the set pieces look like complete crap.
