2K Sports killed off NBA Live. I don't care for basketball but their NBA 2K11 was nothing short of brilliant. Their NFL games were usually better than Madden.

I think 2k sports wouldn't be able to make a game even as good as fifa.Got to be the most difficult sport to make into a game.Maybe if they stuck to the sport they could eventually do a game good enough to compete down the line .

And why the hell would I give a shit about FIFA selling better than PES? FIFA always sold better than PES. The fact is that Konami does not need to sell 2 million copies on a yearly basis in order to finance the production of their product.

Releasing a product every two years sounds good enough for me. Mortal Kombat required a lot of years of development. I do not see why Konami cannot afford to take more time in order to produce better games.
