just got off the phone to sony support and they are very helpful , they're aware of the issue and the latest they have from konami is they are still resolving the matter but she asured me to sit tight and check my email as i will be contacted directly as and when i can exspect my items . and she said it could be a case like gta5 where they send all the people who contacted sony and prove they had the code what was used then a new code could be sent to your email that is a solution so anyone whos waiting i would say ring them so your account is been confirmed that you contacted them.
