forget pes3 get a 360

well ive had my xbox 360 for 2 weeks now & i have to say its the best console ive ever owned - pes5 is just damn brilliant & i cant belive what a pile of crap the ps2 version & pc version was - cboc live is just brilliant .. cant wait for pes6 to come out now - ild definately recommend this console .

The 360 may be good, but none of us have any idea of how good the PS3 will be so there is no point telling people to buy a 360 when you don't know how good the PS3 will be yet.

you're comparing the XBOX 360(next gen console) to a current console which has been out for years...everyone knows the specs of the PS3 and it should easily be better than the 360..supposedly double the power of it, we'll just have to wait and see I suppose

Firstly its Ps3 not Pes3.

Secondly dont be so ignorant. Your comparing one console to another thats not out yet. I love my 360, but telling people to buy one console over another, even though youve never used it, is illogical.

Gun runner, ps3 will not be better graphically then the 360. That is sony hype campaign at its best, in fact it was discovered that one of its games at e3. (Assasin's creed) which was "visually impressive" was running of 360 hardware, hidden underneath the cabinet.

I can assure you that there is no solid proof that ps3 is better graphically then 360 at all. Some people belive this due to the price, however its due to the blu ray drive they have stuck in. In fact many develpoers, claim its vice versa, who HAVE used it.
However it would be best to wait to see the games at ps3 launch, before making claims.

Have you ever played a 360, if you had played one you would never have said that ridiculous comment. Have you seen the graphically stunning games that 360 has on offer e.g. Fight Night Round 3, PGR 3, Elder Scrolls IV, Call of Duty 2 etc. No-one has even played finished PS3 games so i cant understand why some idiots are so sure that PS3 will be better.

p.s. most people who say that the 360 is rubbish are just jealous because they don't have one!

i agree with revert, the 360 is amazing, but we cant compare it with the ps3 yet as there not on sale yet. Personally, i rather Xbox's, these days, because the different choice of games, e.g) PGR and Forza. So i'm always going to go with an xbox, but i wont say which one is better until i play the ps3.

Actually I didn't find the 360 amazing. Next-gen consoles had always kicked the computer's arse with their graphics. When the 360 came out, the graphics weren't amazingly better, we'd seen it all before. Wait till Crysis is released, 360 will look old.

This thread is about the 360 vs. PS3 and obviously P.C. graphics will improve before the 360 because new graphics cards can be installed to P.C.'s. Most computers won't even be able to run Crysis so computers are not better than the 360

Please tell me you didn't just say that! There are only 2 or 3 games on the 360 that don't look next-gen e.g. Amped 3, GUN. Repeating what I said earlier, just look at such games as Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Fight Night Round 3, Rockstar Presents Table Tennis, Moto GP '06 and try and say that these graphics could be achieved on a current-gen console.

Yes, well i forgot about Pro evolution soccer 3, im more into pro evolution soccer 5 at the minute.I would definately choose the 360 over PES3, But over the PS3? No way...

The PS2 didn't blow me away when it was released, what with all the hype and 'emotion engine' bollocks. I don't expect PS3 to live up to the hype. It will be great, but i can't see it being a class apart from the 360. As someone said earlier, its just the blu-ray drive that has held up the PS3 - seeing as it was due to be released in Japan at the same time as the 360 made its worldwide debut, the processing power can't be too different.

All i'm saying is don't build yourselves up for PS3. Knowing Sony, you'll only be disappointed.

Specs mean nothing. The PS2 is a lower spec console than the Xbox but the PS2 has been the more successful and considered the better of the two.

Its still just videos and screens. Until i see an actual PS3 playing these games then i cannot assume that the final products will look this good.
