I have already gave you a tutorial on how to install it. It's exactly the same - easy (as easiest as you will get with this game and full OFs).

And I doubt you can have CSL with this OF and not have any problems. If you really want it, I would wait because maybe they will release it as an alternative, but TBH all the most important (7) CSL teams are in the game (plus 2 from the 2nd division).
