Ok, scanned through the manual, nothing. Searched the net and this site - nothing.

What is the advantage/disadvantage of having this on or off?

I could ask the same for 'wait for v-sync' and 'nulify movie playback'

I always have v-sync on as default in my display properties so not sure what the hell this does in the pes 2008 settings tab.
