Those sorts of players come along at various times. I think its a bit random tbh so different people get em at different times. All you can reallly do is everytime the mid season negotiations comes around search em again coz im pretty sure thats the only time rookies come through. Just gotta hope they turn up sooner rather than later. I think both are available in my current ML and thats only a couple of seasons in.
